What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We provide an assortment of shipping choices so that you can decide what best fits your requirements.

Orders placed online have the following options:

  • Economy: will ship the cheapest carrier dependent on the delivery destination as well as the package features.
  • Standard: Many packages will ship FedEx Home, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail for delivery within 4-6 business days.
  • 2-day say: Can ship FedEx 2-day air.
  • Overnight: Can ship FedEx Standard overnight.

Shipping fees are according to your order total. Holidays and weekends will delay dispatch. Handling and shipping prices are subject to change without notice.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Below are the estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped. Deal with International Non-Trackable Mail and Free International Shipping are sent via Landmark Global and will arrive at your post office. Orders shipped with International Express are sent via FedEX, UPS, and DHL.

  • Free International Shipping 13-31 business days
  • International Non-Trackable Mail 13-31 business days
  • International Express 4-8 business days

Please note International Express not available for PO Boxes. The times are estimated. Packages can take longer due to the process of clearing customs. Some countries may need the package to be chosen from the local postal office.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Nava Ophthalmic accepts payments in a variety of methods developed to satisfy the needs of our global customer. To make it simpler and much more suitable to make dues payments, the following preferred payment options are now available:

  • BY WIRE TRANSFER

Pick “Wire Transfer” as the preferred payment method when placing your order. After you place your order, just let us know your wire transfer details (once you have transferred the cash) as your purchase proof.NO extra wire transfer charge will be added to the order total.

  •  BY PAYPAL

We accept PayPal for order under $1,000.00

  • BY CREDIT CARD

Please attach the scan of ID and CC. We don’t want to discourage legitimate customers by those requirements, which are meant solely to discourage criminals who foolishly attempt to defraud us by using stolen credit cards.

Price for Import duty & taxes

Overview
Import duty and taxes are expected when importing merchandise whether by a private person or a commercial thing. The valuation method is CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), meaning
that the import duty and taxes payable are calculated on the total shipping value, which includes the cost of the imported merchandise, the cost of freight, and the cost of insurance.

However, the duties of some products could be charged according to a unit of measure. Along with duty, imports will also be subject to sales tax, and in certain instances to excise and STLG. Some products can be imported free of duty (e.g., novels, notebooks, and other electronic products).

Duty Tax

VAT is levied on imports at a standard rate of 10 percent, or at a reduced speed between 0% and 5 percent calculated on the amount of the CIF value and obligation. However, sales tax can vary and be related according to units of measure.

NOTE: We can reduce the price or any changes to the invoice for any reason. Showing amounts on invoice for avoiding customs duties or taxes 

Orders and Returns

Are Products Guaranteed ?

Yes, everything will match the description and you purchase from Nava Ophthalmic has a guarantee of quality. A 12-month guarantee covers all orders.

We double-check the contents of all orders dispatch to our customers.

Any Ophthalmic Products problems are managed and promptly by the professional Nava Ophthalmic customer service team. We are dedicated to being a trustworthy and reliable wholesale supplier for most international retailers.

What if the product is broken or damage?

If any item is faulty, then you’re protected under the Nava ophthalmic Warranty.

Assuming the merchandise is still in guarantee and was not physically damaged, you can return it to Nava ophthalmic and we will fix it, or give you an equivalent replacement product

We’ll refund you in case the product type or fault means it is not repairable/replaceable.

All return cases are managed under RMA coverage: please consult customer support and don’t send any merchandise back without an RMA case quantity that was assigned.
