LANE CARE

General maintenance cleaning of chair and stand, lubricate and adjust locking and swivel assembly. External cleaning of: Lensmeter, Keratometer, Binocular Indirect, Slit Lamp and Projector. General maintenance cleaning of Refractor. A written description is given, at this time, of any repairs needed.

LANE INSTALL

(Set down) Customer supplied equipment: Unpack, inventory, assemble, install, verify function and calibration. Verify install with the End user

LANE RELOCATION

Disassemble and make ready for transport to new location. Unpack, assemble, install, verify function and calibration. Verify install with the End user

GENERAL MAINTENANCES

REFRACTOR

Disassemble instrument and inspect. Clean exterior and lens surfaces. Lubricate, assemble. Check and verify functions.

KERATOMETER

Disassemble instrument and inspect. Clean exterior and optics, lubricate. Assemble and verify calibration

LENSMETER

Disassemble instrument and inspect. Clean exterior and optics, lubricate and adjust focus assembly. Assemble and verify calibration.

SLIT LAMP

Hourly rate applies to clean optics, clean external assemblies, check and verify.

LABOR RATES

Labor

-One hour minimum plus travel
-Loaner fee, if provided, depending on availability

Travel

$55/hr
